Fair Resolution

Maintaining Trust with the 48-Hour Guarantee.

Our Dispute Strategy

BD Business Market is committed to ensuring every trade is resolved fairly. In B2B trade, speed is essential. Our protocol emphasizes rapid direct negotiation followed by professional platform mediation.

When to Raise a Dispute

  • Quality Deviation: Goods don't match the agreed specifications or samples.
  • Short-Shipment: The quantities received are less than the Proforma Invoice (PI).
  • Delayed Dispatch: The manufacturer has missed the agreed shipping deadline by more than 7 days.

The 48-Hour Resolution Window

1. Raise a Case

The buyer raises a dispute via the dashboard and uploads evidence (photos/videos). Funds are immediately **Frozen** in the BDBM Escrow account.

2. Direct Negotiation (48 Hours)

The buyer and manufacturer have exactly 48 hours to reach a mutual resolution. This can include partial refunds, a replacement shipment, or a credit note for future orders.

3. BDBM Mediation (Escalation)

If no agreement is reached within 48 hours, a BDBM trade specialist reviews the PI and the evidence. The mediator provides a final, binding decision.

Returns & Refund Policy

If the mediator decides that a return is necessary, the buyer must ship the goods back to the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer confirms receipt of the returned goods, BDBM releases the full escrow balance back to the buyer.

Note: In most cases, return shipping is the buyer's liability unless the manufacturer is found clearly in breach of contract.
